This week’s share included heads of lettuce, mixed salad greens, spinach, kale, mixed asian greens, broccoli, cauliflower, pac choi, kohlrabi, and radishes. Phebe brought in some tasty homemade salad dressing samples and recipes for us to try: sesame tamari vinaigrette, morocan-spiced lemon vinaigrette, mustard-balsamic vinaigrette, fresh strawberry dressing, tangy green goddess dressing, and cilantro-lime dressing. They were all delicious, and will go perfectly with our spring greens. If you missed her this time, stop next week between 5 and 6 pm to see what else she’ll be cooking up.
