It’s almost time for our first batch of veggies. The first pickup will be on Tuesday May 29th. Very exciting! We’ll be getting lots of greens… kale, lettuce, chinese cabbage, and pac choi (pictured above). The first delivery will probably be pretty light, but don’t worry, we’ll start getting more and more as we get further into the summer.
Tip: To help your greens stay fresh, loosely wrap them in paper towels and store in an open plastic bag.
